Sometimes we find that the weather doesn't allow for us to head to the park or go for a walk with our little loves, so we find ourselves needing to keep them entertained inside the house. Now I'm no expert however having 4 kids - 1 little one and 3 bigger one's there's definitely sometimes a need to plan activities to keep them entertained (and keep the peace and of course keep me sane - no-one wants to hear "I'm bored......what can I do mummy? 336 times a day right)
I've made this website during my third week in isolation as advised by our government due to the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK. I was totally determined to do as I was advised and so wanted to prepare for the inevitable.......mummy I'm bored situation. So below I've included a list of 50 activities to do at home that I made for my children. A little checklist that you could work through to help eliminate any boredom setting in. This one is aimed at older children and can really help if you have a baby and oldies or an older babe. My biggest and best piece of advice during this time though would most definitely be to not put too much pressure on yourself to be the perfect parent. I know this is something we are all guilty of. When this virus started I was like right we're going to do this, this and this everyday........now I'm like.........we made it to the end of the day! and d'you know what I'm totally fine with that.
