• We reserve the right to cancel a course/session if there is a problem with the venue, class size or due to illness. In the event of a cancellation, we will try to offer you an alternative session with us, If this is not possible, we will return the course/session fee. If you wish to cancel your place, you must give us 14 days notice before the start date of the course in order to allow us to fill the space. If you are unable to attend a session, the fee in non-refundable.

Safety Info;

​

• Your child/children are your responsibility throughout your visit. Please ensure you supervise them closely especially when using equipment or playing with smaller items that could be mouthed.

• Please ensure all hot drinks are consumed safely and kept out of reach of children.

• In order to help prevent the risk of the spread of infectious diseases please ensure hands are clean and hand sanitiser is used upon entering hall and throughout session if necessary.

• Please wear your mask when entering & exiting hall and when moving around the room, mask may be removed when seated. 

• We will do everything we can to ensure your comfort & safety during our sessions but all activities are carried out at your own risk.

• No liability can be accepted for any incident that occurs due to guidance not being followed.

• Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned between sessions for your safety.

• Please only attend session if you & your child are well, do not attend if you or your child, have experienced a fever, vomiting, had diarrhoea or are exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms in the 48hours prior to your session.​

Photography;

• We are happy for photos to be taken during the sessions however please ensure permission is asked to parents if other babies/children are in your photograph.

 

Behavior;

 

• Our sessions should be enjoyable by all, please treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. Please ensure you are inclusive of everyone, any homophobic, racist or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.

 

COVID - 19 DISCLAIMER & ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

 

• Sessions will be adapted as far as possible to allow for social distancing however we recognise that when holding space for mobile babies & toddlers that it may not be possible to keep them at the required distance at all times. Our sessions are being ran with measures in place such as hand washing/sanitising in order to reduce the risk of the spread of infection however the risk can not be completely eradicated and by attending you accept that risk.
